Except resolution and graphic pixels, and the obvious you have to tap the screen instead of clicking, none. Some goes to mobile (tablet).

Green colour items? Rarities? Artifact rarities have level caps (you can’t enhance them past a certain point):
1-star (white) and 2-star (green) – Caps at level 4.
3-star (blue) – Caps at level 12.
4-star (purple) – Caps at level 16.
5-star (orange) – Caps at level 20.
