Let it go/Frozen 1

Before watch I didn't put any expectations, cuz its a 3D Disney; I'm a fan of 2D Disney as their quality is different. And every living hell is singing Let it go made me losing my sanity. After watch, I'm cool with all, the song was overrated nevertheless, but it has a good composition. The best for me was the sisterly/lily ish relationship at the end. Fuh good job producers, I'm getting bored of the prince & princess thingy.

Mulan 2020 Review

Most importantly, IT IS NOT AS BAD AS THE INTERNET SAYS. Disney was not a disgrace to the family (not yet). It was refreshing, actors were pretty, fighting scenes were pretty and mature, no funny parts tho, no blood, the black cow was very similar to original, directors trying their best to cover plot holes that were in the cartoon, only that one bird was GG-cringy. To me the movie was well done, not undercooked, not overdone.

We analysed the 'pro' critics online, there were 2 types of people who dislike the Mulan.
First one, they felt disappointed! Aladdin had burned into their minds I suppose, the glory the lavish and very similar to the cartoon. Well because that's what the team wanted, a remastered version. For Mulan its more like a remake > remaster. Some comments were accepted, such as main actors were fighters but the fight scene was so less, but again this is not Ip Man, and its not really a war movie. Its not the same as the cartoon, yeah I really love the cartoon, Lea Salonga's singing is still a legend, but I couldn't compare 2 movies that are suppose to be different.

Second type, we believe would be the Chinese. Not racist or anything, but China have been brought up with the mother nation as their only pride. Mulan being a Disney, which kinda related to US (distantly, use binoculars). Again not racist, but they would prefer to support if local productions were involved. Check the ratings, its either 5 stars or 1 star.
